Returns & Refunds Policy - NiceWigs

At NiceWigs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for full details on how to return an item or request an exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, netting, and boxes.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition (i.e., free from odors, styling products, or damage).
  • Worn or used wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, even if only tried on briefly.
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, we’re happy to help!

Please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance or final sale products (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos and a description of the issue to [email protected], and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
